A big thank you should go out to all those who stayed behind but were a part of the pack up. I'm sure the people of Rwanda are very thankful.
As a writer within Public Affairs at Brigham and Women's Hospital, I am honored to have the opportunity to accompany a dedicated and selfless group of clinicians on this mission to Rwanda. I will update this blog daily during our time in Rwanda with video clips, posts from myself and other team members and photographs taken by Diane McCormick, owner of www.McCardinalPhoto.com, who is volunteering her time and talents on this trip.
